英語版の調査報告書のご案内
現在、英語圏のお客様向けに英語版の調査報告書（テスト版）を無償提供致しております（日本語版と2つを提供）。ただし、以下の点について ご了承ください。
- 原本は、日本語版のものであり、英語版のものは参考資料としての提供です。
- 英語版は、自動翻訳機能等を活用したものであり、表現・ニュアンス等に、誤り、ずれが考えられますが、ご了承ください。
- 診断担当者および窓口スタッフは英語対応できないため、報告書のみの提供です。
- 英語版の報告書は、PDFファイルをメール送信にて提供となります。
日本語を理解できる方には、英語版を提供致しておりません。ご了承ください。
英語版の調査報告書に対応したサービス
英語版の調査報告書に対応したサービスは以下のものです。
- 新築一戸建て・アパート（完成物件）
- 新築一戸建て・アパート（建築中の検査）
- 中古一戸建て・アパート
ただし、中古アパートのコンクリート造は対応不可です。
また、新築・中古マンションの1室の調査や不具合や雨漏りなどの原因調査などは英語版の報告書に対応不可となっております。
Information on the inspection report (English version)
Currently, we are providing the inspection report (English version/test version) free of charge to customers in English-speaking countries (Japanese version also available). However, please be aware of the following points.
- The original is the Japanese version, and the English version is provided as reference material.
- Please note that the English version utilizes automatic translation functions, etc., and there may be some errors or discrepancies in expressions and nuances.
- The inspector and counter staff cannot speak English, so only reports will be provided.
- The English version of the report will be provided as a PDF file via email.
Services available
The following services support the inspection report (English version).
- Newly built detached house・apartment（Completed property）
- Newly built detached house・apartment（Under construction）
- Used detached house・apartment
However, used apartments made of concrete construction are not supported in the English version.
We are unable to provide an English report for the inspection of a unit in a condominium, including the investigation of issues such as defects or leaks.
