Since our founding in 2003, we have been supporting home buyers from a third-party perspective. Our primary service is home inspection.
We provide home inspection services across a wide area in Japan and have served over 10,000 customers.
Our company has offices in Tokyo and Osaka and collaborates with first-class architects nationwide. Therefore, we can provide services across a wide area.
Services We Can Provide in English
In Japan, there are very few home inspection companies that can provide full English support. Therefore, although our English support is not perfect, we have decided to do our best to accommodate English-speaking clients.

Currently, the English support we can provide includes the following:
- Responding in English via email or LINE
- Providing reports written in English
To facilitate this support, we use AI (ex:ChatGPT). Please understand that there may be some unnatural expressions or slight differences in nuance.
We can respond in English via email or LINE only 4 to 5 days a week.
A few inspectors can handle basic daily conversations in English,but in general, almost all home inspectors do not speak English.
What is a Home Inspection?

A home inspection is a service that examines construction defects in newly built homes and checks for significant deterioration in pre-owned homes.
The inspection focuses on structural and performance-related issues of the building and does not assess minor scratches or stains.

However, used apartments made of concrete construction are not supported in the English version's report.
We are unable to provide an English report for the inspection of a unit in a condominium, including the investigation of issues such as defects or leaks.
